These inserts are made from Polyamide reinforced Nylon with a 12mm Plastic or Nickel plated brass thread

Insert head (D1) = 25mm,30mm, 40mm & 50mm

Box Section ( Inside ) (D2) = 1.5mm to 2mm ( Wall Thichness )

Insert depth (H1) = 35mm

Head depth = (H2) = 8mm

Thread depth (H3) = 24mm

Thread diameter (D3) = 12mm

Inserts load rating (with brass thread) = 30mm ,40mm & 50mm = 500kg
Inserts load rating (with Plastic thread) = 30mm, 40mm & 50mm = 100kg
